    I answered your question on my blog, I only wanted to add that there is another program I am familiar with and the name of it is Gimp, and also Paint.Net I know, and they both are free, but are not so cool as Photoshop Elements 9. And I've heard lately of Lightroom, and plan to get the trial version after my Photoshop trial expires. I still know very little of how to properly use such programs, but today I bought a simple book on Photoshop :-)
